A long time ago, a brave queen named Rani Ahilyabai Holkar decided to build the Khajrana Ganesh Temple. There’s a story that during a difficult time, the idol of Lord Ganesh was hidden in a well to protect it. In 1735, Rani Ahilyabai Holkar brought the idol out of hiding and built the temple.
